Accreditation
Compliance Experts is recognized as an official Energy Star Partner. Compliance Expert LLC also employes both Certified Energy Managers (CEM) and Professional Engineers (PE) which are required for third-party data verification.
Penalties
Fines for each ordinance can be given for not submitting annual benchmarking and meeting ordinance deadline. Failure to resolve or pay a citation within may result in a property lien.
Requirement Options
Third-party data verification is required for Gross Floor Area (GFA), baseline year, and target adjustments. Verification is also required for facility type change, timeline extensions, and custom EUI targets.
